what makes us unique?
Over the past 15 years as stay at home moms (with 8 kids & 2 dogs between us) we have experienced the chaos and complexities that comes with growing children, changing schedules and everyday life.
We get it.
We have been helping friends and family minimize, organize, design
and optimize their spaces. It is in our roots, it fulfills us & we love it.
Now, we are ready to help you.

our story
It all started with a nagging thought that the Birches (Jenny’s family) needed to go west. We leaned in. That turned into a job that turned into a pandemic move. We arrived in Park City, Utah in late June and showed up at our new house.
The house was not quite as we had romanticized. We had to renovate and fast. Luckily we had a couple moves and some small construction projects behind us. The house was promptly gutted and Jenny had her first go at GC (never again). Eight weeks later we moved in.
Enter the Robertsons (Sarah’s family). They decided to come visit while their girls were learning virtually. After Thanksgiving in St. George, they arrived in Park City for a month. (Which quickly turned into two.)
After weeks of long walks in Willow Creek, burrow & birch was born. We combined Sarah’s passion for interior design, her craftiness, and creativity with Jenny’s experience with moving too many times with too many kids and love for clean, organized, functional spaces. We could not be happier.
Let's get started.
